Hey everybody! My name is Ryland and I’m one of the lead EMT basic instructors. I’m originally from Washington State and have been in EMS since 2013. I worked in the Yakima Valley as both an EMT and paramedic for the better part of 6 years before moving to Boise to work for Ada County. I also worked for Kittitas Valley Fire/Rescue for about the same amount of time. I currently work for Ada County Paramedics as a paramedic, and I’ve been here for around 2 years. I grew up racing motocross, but spend most of my off-time riding mountain bikes! I also spent a little bit of time dabbling in the professional gaming scene before attending paramedic school. I really enjoy teaching, and look forward to meeting you guys and helping you reach your goals!
